Reporting to the Business and Office Solutions Specialist, the Receptionist will have a variety of responsibilities and provide administrative support to the other groups including the Senior Management Team. Responsibilities: Greeting and assisting visitors Answering and directing calls; Addressing caller inquiries Prepare, receive and sort daily mail/courier Coordinate Senior Management travel plans and prepare monthly expense reports Organize and coordinate meetings Maintain and order office supplies Organize community and company events Participate and assist with special projects Assist other departments as time permits 2+ years background in a professional administrative role Must have exceptional customer focus for both internal and external customers Friendly
