I am looking for someone to take over the lease for my room in a fantastic three bedroom, 2 bath apartment in the very popular W Suites building on Barrington Street (near South). Building is on bus routes 7, 9 and 41, but is within walking distance of pretty much everywhere.

The room is available September 2nd. Rent is $595 a month and includes heat and hot water. All roommates share electricity and phone/cable/internet equally.

Lease expires June 30, 2012 with the option to renew.

One of the bedrooms will be occupied by a super friendly, 26 year old easy going male, who is currently finishing his degree at Dalhousie University. The other roommate is a 30 year old, female young professional. Both are very cool and laid back. They would like a roommate who is tidy, friendly and not a huge partier (but still like to have fun), as the building is a non party building. Open to males or females. No pets allowed in building.
